The base website is static. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, browser storage, a database or a third-party form processor. The RFQ form prepares an e-mail draft on your device; you decide whether to send it.
1. Site owner and contact
The site is operated for PT Meranti Trade Nusantara, registered at Kebon Sirih Street Plot 17–19, Neighborhood Unit 15, Community Unit 07, Kebon Sirih Urban Village, Menteng District, Central Jakarta 10340, Indonesia. Privacy enquiries can be sent to merantitradenusantara@gmail.com.
2. Information you may provide
If you send an enquiry, the e-mail may contain your name, company, business e-mail, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country or city, product and equipment details, quantity, delivery information, service details and any files you choose to attach.
Please do not send banking credentials, passwords, government identifiers or other information that is unnecessary for the business enquiry.
3. How information is collected
The website itself does not transmit or save the form fields. JavaScript assembles the values into a mailto: link and asks your chosen mail application to open a draft. If you send the message, processing takes place through your e-mail provider and the recipient’s e-mail environment.
4. Purposes and basis
Business contact information may be used to review and respond to your enquiry, clarify technical requirements, prepare a possible proposal, maintain business correspondence, meet applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. Where consent or another basis is required by applicable law, processing will rely on that basis.
6. Retention
The static site keeps no form database. Messages that you send may be retained in business e-mail and records only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, a possible commercial relationship, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask about, correct, update, restrict or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, or raise a complaint with a competent authority. Contact merantitradenusantara@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence.
8. Security
Reasonable organisational and technical measures should be used for business correspondence, but no internet or e-mail transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send secrets or unnecessary sensitive data through the RFQ.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised when the site, business process or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the published version.
